Subscription, Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy

Some items may be offered as prepaid subscriptions or limited pre-orders. The terms below explain how these purchases work.

Prepaid Subscriptions
Certain releases are offered as prepaid editions delivered over a defined period. When you purchase a prepaid subscription, you are reserving a place within a limited production run. These subscriptions do not auto-renew. Once purchased, the subscription cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Dispatches and editions are fulfilled according to the production schedule listed on the product page. Updates will be provided when applicable.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to secure a forthcoming release before it becomes available. Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your copy within the edition. Because production is planned around confirmed orders, pre-orders are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once placed.

Order Changes & Issues
If there is a problem with your order, such as damage, loss in transit, or an incorrect shipment, please contact hello@docgalahan.com with your order number and details so the matter can be reviewed.
