Shipping Policy

All orders are packed and shipped from the studio. Many items are produced and assembled by hand, so processing times may vary depending on current production volume.

Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared within a reasonable production window before shipment. Limited editions and handcrafted Dispatches may require additional preparation time. Estimated timelines, when applicable, will be noted on the product listing.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using available postal or courier services. Tracking will be provided when applicable once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or other external factors are outside of studio control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact hello@docgalahan.com with your order number and details so the issue can be reviewed.
